Ever since junior high, I had always wanted to be a cheerleader. I even went to a meeting but then got nervous and decided not to try out. I've always admired the sport and regretted never following through so when I came across a fitness class that was created around cheerleading, I had to give it a try. And ofcourse after trying it out, I knew I had to learn to teach it so I could share the share the fun an fitness with you!
